The Village of Lancaster Community Development Corporation exists to plan, promote and, if neccessary, to coordinate and execute programs in the Village core business district aimed at improving the uality of life of its residents by developing new approaches and methods of economic development.
The Lancaster CDC strives to achieve certain educational and charitable objectives as well as developing, operating and maintaining commercial and recreational facilities, assisting local businesses with rehabilitation efforts, and providing financial aid to assist residents and local businesses with improving the uailty of of our core business district
